Without a functioning web site, we'd find it utterly cumbersome to get our message out. We'd be tied down by telephone traffic and giant stacks of paper in the in-box.
When you rate the web site, keep in mind that, although a site should have eye appeal, content is what really counts. Did you find the information that you were looking for? Did the links take you to the intended destination? Was navigation clear or confusing? Was the language intelligible or contradictory?
